Auto-fill is not working / Water will not fill up / Pitcher not filling / Tank not filling / 76C on display

Answer

In the case that the water is not filling automatically, please check the following:

1)  Is the Auto Fill function on?

2)  Check if moisture has formed around the sensor that is located in the inner of the case, or surface of the water tank. - If moisture has formed, clean the moisture with a dry towel.

3)  If you see the 76C error, open the rubber seal located under the pitcher to drain the water. After draining, close the seal. - Water can get into there when customer picks up/puts down the water pitcher.
