Question

The refrigerator is not cool enough / The refrigerator has weak cooling / The fridge is warm.

If the refrigerator has a warm temperature, or is not cool enough, please check the following:

1)  Check that the refrigerator is not overloaded, or blocking the air vent. Check that nothing is blocking the door from being closed. - The alarm will ring when the door is open for one minute, but when the door is only slightly opened, the unit may not detect door open.

2)  Try to set the temperature to a lower level with the 'Fridge/Freezer' button on the display.
