Question
When I close the door, sometimes the other
door opens, making them uneven.
Answer
This is a natural occurrence caused by air
circulation inside the fridge. In this case, the product is not broken.
There is a passage between the doors where
air moves between the refrigerator and freezer. When the door is opened and
closed, external air is instantaneously introduced and pushed into the opposite
side, causing the door to open and close with its force.
If there is contaminant in the door gasket,
the door may easily shake due to poor adhesion. Check the surface of the gasket
and wipe with the dry towel to clean.
Sometimes due to an uneven floor level or misaligned
legs on the fridge, the symptom will appear worse. Check that the refrigerator
is not leaning to one side, and adjust the leg to raise the unit if required.
