In case of power related problems, agents can visually check "Standby LED Flash code'"and provide better symptom information to ASCs

a.  Normally standby LED is located at the bottom side of the TV (either bottom center or bottom right)

b.  Agents can count the number of LED flashes on the TV which would indicate the type of defect the TV has
