Solution

If remote management connection has failed, agents can use visual support to check network related problems by performing a "Smart Hub Connection Test" to check the symptoms.

 

a.  The Smart Hub connection test performs a series of tests to check that the customer's internet connection is suitable for the TV to use its Smart Features and Apps

 

b.  Settings   >  Support   >  Self Diagnosis  >   Start Smart Hub Connection Test
