One connect box no Power/Auto Off/On.

Solution

If the customer is using a one connect box model and having trouble with power related problems like No Power, Auto Off/On, etc., then we can assume it is caused by the invisible cable connection problem

a.  Check invisible connection condition on both OCB and TV

b.  Simply guide customer to unplug and reconnect the cable fully
