Intermittent internet / Wi-Fi signals
Solution
Check distance and environment from the TV
to Wi-Fi router
a. If the distance is too far (over
6 meters)
b. If there are obstructions between
the TV and the Wi-Fi router (thick walls, large electrical appliances, etc.),
then suggest the customer to move the Wi-Fi router closer to the TV
c. Check Wi-Fi router status
d. Ensure that the Wi-Fi router
is on
e. Check the LED indicators on the
router to make sure it is operating normally
f. Ensure that the TV and router
are operating on the same band, i.e. 2.4GHz
Try resetting the router by disconnecting and
reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the router
comes back online after a reset.
