"Fridge temperature is weak". Explaining that it is normal condition
 

Solution

• Step 1: Check whether the 'overall result' is error or not. If error, proceed service request and finish. If not, go to step 2.
   
• Step 2: If every diagnosis result is 'normal', then whether check the current and recent 5day's fridge temperature is in normal range.   
   
• Step 3: If in normal range, send a five-day temperature graph to SMS to explain to the user that the product is normal.
