"Fridge temperature is weak". Making fridge cooler with Simple Fix function

 

Solution

  • Step 1: Check the Diagnosis result and verify whether there is 'Explain' in diagnosis result or not  
                      If there is a 'Explain' at the result of 'fridge temperature', counselor can try to fix the problem by changing the option
     
  •  Step 2: After user's agreement, connect to controlling mode via PIN code. And change the 'Weak-Cooling(Temp)'
