"Fridge temperature is weak" symptom. Checking demo mode and changing the setting

 

Solution

  • Step 1 : Check there are an 'Explain' or 'Error' almost all labels and temperature in the graph of history is higher than normal zone.
     
  • Step 2 : Activate controlling mode using PIN code. And set the mode option to off.
                 Once change to off, counselor can't modify it to on again.
